How do you get equipment to our event?
We have a crew of specialists that will deliver, set-up, supervise, tear-down, and remove all equipment.

Is your equipment licensed and Inspected?  Yes, all Awesome Amusements Party Rental equipment is registered, licensed, and inspected by the State of Illinois Carnival and Ride Division, operating permits are visible on all rides.

Do you offer ‘packages?’
Yes, we know every event is unique. We will work with you to develop a proposal that meets your needs and budget, offering ‘package’ pricing for a number of items.

Who are your employees?  All employee’s have had a background check performed by the Illinois State Police.  All employees go through training at our facility and most have been employed by Awesome Amusements for more than twelve years.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
Obviously the sooner you make your reservation the more choices you have. We offer an extensive inventory of products; however, we do not have duplicates of every item and reserve on a first come first served basis.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, in most cases a 50% deposit is required at booking with the balance due at delivery.

Is electricity required?
Generally inflatables and carnival rides require electricity. If needed, we can provide generators.

Can inflatables be used inside?
Yes, most of the inflatables can be used both indoors and outside.

How much experience do you have?
We have been in business since 1982 offering IL, IN, and WI customers the best party rental equipment and professional staffing.

Can I upload an RFQ?
Yes, simply attach it to the “Request a Quote” form.

What about the grass?  Will it be damaged from the equipment?
Equipment is generally delivered the day of the event and removed the same evening. Grass will recover in one or two days.

Can you provide staff for concessions and catering?
Definitely, we have trained professionals available to staff your event as required.
